BILI has prepared and distributed to all 185 delegates profiles of the candidates: Judge Marina Doichinova /Supreme Administrative Сourt/, Judge Teodora Ninova /Supreme Court of Cassation/ and Judge Dimitar Fikiin /Military Court of Appeal/. Profiles are prepared on the basis of widely available information, extracted by public data, public registetrs and other documents, drawn up by different state bodies. BILI's purpose is to ensure maximum publicity of all procedures related to judiciary appointments. We believe that the appointment and election procedures within the judiciary should be based on maximum transparency, objectivity and enough information about the candidates appying for the respective positions.
